Description
As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing high-level support to help our customers resolve their most complex technical questions. You will become a detective, a scientist, an inventor, and an archivist -- all while transforming customer interaction and problem-solving into actionable product improvement opportunities. You will help customers fall in love with us through quick and empathetic support. You will help customers unravel technical mysteries, determine the root cause of the issue, and work with our engineers to ensure it doesn’t happen again!
